We got hardwood floors installed! After beigng homeowners for 2 years we never really have started much decorating due to the fact we knew we still wanted to paint, get new floors, etc. We're finally making these steps! These are mostly prep photos, and the only photo of the actual wood is this tiny one you'll see below. 
Everything went outside...including our new pup Joule. Fortunately we didn't get any rain and the weather wasn't cold.
My dad came to help me supervise :) The plan to get the floors happened so fast (we wanted them in prior to the family Christmas celebration at our house) the Christmas tree got the boot outside too!
